Description

Spectacular and fine Chi-Chi rug woven by the Chechen tribes in North-Eastern Caucasus. The piece shows the super wide border section which is characteristic of the type. The main border is enriched by of rosettes and diagonal bars. The beautiful red field is adorned by horizontal rows of hooked polygons alternating with octagons filled with stars. The piece is in perfect condition.
