Description
Breathtaking Kazak of the so-called ‘Sevan’ group featuring a massive and stretched green shield om the deep red field, densely adorned by human figures, stars, ram’s horns, rosettes and birds. The gorgeous ivory border is filled with large star-shaped blossoms whose four diagonal arms each bear one smaller blossom. The piece is in overall very good condition for its age.
