Kazak ‘Borjalou’
Description
Rare small Kazak carpet of the so called ‘Borjalou’ group. Unusually small, this jewel features a fine ‘running dogs’ border surrounding the deep red field. The field is adornd by two teal diamonds filled with animals and seven shields containing stylized trees. The piece is in very good condition for its age.
