Description
A sublime and exceptionally fine Akstafa – Kuba carpet knotted in the 19th century in Caucasus. The piece displays two large ivory medallons on a deep blue field highly decorated. The field is surrounded by stylised eight-pointed stars. The piece is in overall very good condition for its age.
