Description

Marvellous and unusual Tabriz, finely knotted in the 20s. Top quality shiny wool and a great artistic sense of the weaver who was capable of creating this woven stunner 100 years ago. Unusual choiche of the colors. From the ‘brick’ red of the field, to the emerald green of the spandrels. A complex and large floral medallion (reminding the sun) is placed in the middle of the field, surrounded by a dark blue border adorned with floral branches and yellow medallions cut in half. The piece is in perfect condition, full pile.
