A sublime and elegant Qum, finely knotted with silk highlights in Central Persia about 80 years and featuring a complex medallion surrounded by leaves and floral vines on an unusual and classy ivory field. The ivory border is adorned by palmettes linked by vines. The piece is in excellent condition for its age.
