Triple medallion and multiple borders adorning this funky and beautiful tribal rug knotted about 120 years ago in the Kermanshah area( Garahgozloo  ). Eye catchin ivory main border decored by stylised flowers linked by vines. In perfect condition.

Blue-black open field. White spandrels; a serrated inner outline surrounding the field. Very good quality, a fine weave, first-rate pile wool. – The weavings of the Garahgozloo tribe have largely disappeared from the market.
