This very elegant Sarough Farahan displays a large medallion placed in the middle of a brick red field while four large palmettes are enclosed in ivory spandrels. The colors of the piece are extremely attractive, with different hues of green and blue featuring the diverse floral motifs. The piece is in very good condition for its age.
