Kashan – Red Field
Description
This spectacular Kashan was finely knotted in 30s. The beautiful red field is decorated with the all-over Safavid-Inspired ‘Shah Abbas’ (or Harshang). The surrounding ivory border is also Safavid-Inspired. An elegant and decorative piece in a large format. The carpet is in excellent condition for its age.
