Huge all-over Bakhtiari

Masterpiece. Despite it doesn’t bear the inscription, this is top quality ‘Bakhtiari Khan’ level piece, if not better. This extremely rare and oversized beauty has been finely knotted in Southernwesten Persia over 120 years ago by the Bakhtiari tribes. In this majestic specimen, offset rows of colorful diamonds are arranged into a repeat and surrounded by other stylized floral motifs. The ivory border has been adorned by all over roses, leaves and birds. The piece is in excellent condition for its age.
