Description
Stunning prayer Gordes. A beautiful example of the type, very finely woven. The Mihrab is supported by four slim columns, the dark tympanum above it has been densely filled with clouds, with tulips in the upper part and an horizontal panel places in the upper and in the lower part of the field enclosing flowers and cloud bands with hooked outlines. The main border if enriched by flowering trees. The piece is in excellent condition for it’s age.
