Early Karapinar

Description

Anatolian tribal masterpiece. A breathtaking Karapinar knotted in the first half of the 19th century displaying a massive hexagonal central medallion with attached pendants enclosing a large, white, cruciform blossom. The archaic soul of the piece, the fat size and fabulous colors suggest the early date. The piece is in overall very good condition.
