Famous for their dark tones, Dosemealti rugs of Western Anatolia are pure tribal beauties. This particular one, a rare example of the type, features a wide color palette with greens and shades of blue in the field while the main border, unusually large, is adorned by ‘Elibelinde’ motifs. The piece is in very good condition for its age.
