Bijar a very resistant carpet

This room size antique Bijar carpet was woven in the early 1900s in the Persian Kurdistan region, in the Northwester part of the country. The piece features a very deep red field adorned with beautifully drawn floral motifs. Please note also the killer night blue border, enriched with roses.a very resistant carpet
